Upfluence’s software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of our SaaS software in October 2016, the company has shown a double-digit growth rate month over month and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in NYC, Switzerland, Lyon and Paris.

As a Renewals Manager, you will be part of the Customer Success team and will work closely  with our customers to negotiate and help execute renewal contracts.   Your mission is to maximize revenue retention as well as help identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to increase growth.


  • Drive the renewals process in collaboration with the Customer Success team to retain and upsell customer contracts
  • Negotiate renewal contracts that align with customer goals and ROI
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Identify upsell opportunities to maximize customer growth
  • Enhance renewals process playbook to maximize account and MRR retention
  • Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests

 What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, and/or Sales with a focus on negotiating contracts, demonstrating customer ROI, maintaining high retention rates  
  • Has a good understanding of SaaS and Professional Services engagements with global customers and team members
  • Loves and is motivated by a challenge
  • Has a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proven ability to grow accounts, win back customers, and negotiate with c-level executives
